👉 Bakkt Bitcoin Futures Set New Volume Record, Two Days in a Row
Bakkt has reported record-breaking trading volume for two subsequent days, following Bitcoin’s price surge to yearly highs over $11,000.
The first of the two days saw trading volumes which almost doubled the old record, with more than 11,500 contracts traded. The following day topped the number yet again with 11,706 contracts traded, worth $125M.
👉 29 Crypto Assets Delisted from Liquid Exchange for Regulatory Compliance
Japanese exchange Liquid has delisted a whopping 29 assets from its platform, in order to comply with Singaporean laws and regulations.
The move comes as Liquid attempts to become a licensed cryptocurrency exchange in Singapore, who have been tightening their rules to comply with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
👉 Coinbase to Provide Daily Rewards to DAI Stablecoin Holders
Coinbase have announced that customers from selected countries will be able to earn rewards on their holdings of the DAI stablecoin, as soon as they deposit at least $1 worth of DAI into their Coinbase accounts.
The interest rate is somewhat underwhelming, however, with the exchange promising only a 2% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) on DAI holdings.
