Overall, the cryptocurrency market is just about breaking even following a bullish end-of-week rally into this past weekend. Bitcoin is up just two tenths of a percent; XRP is down a similar amount; and Ethereum has bumped up more than two percent.
Litecoin and TRON are both underperforming today, with 4% and 5.5% drops respectively. On the flipside, DASH is up a whopping 8%, while NEO and Maker have risen 3.5% and 4%.

Bakkt to launch in 2019
Bakkt is the cryptocurrency trading platform created by the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and it was meant to bring a whole host of crypto derivatives — including daily-settled Bitcoin futures — to the market in 2018.
Despite its failure to launch in 2018, a recent interview suggests that ICE is still working hard to push its somewhat-autonomous Bakkt platform to launch later this year.
Thai billionaire and ex-PM supports Bitcoin
Thaksin Shinawatra is a Thai billionaire, and also served as the Prime Minister of Thailand between 2001 and 2006.
As it turns out, Thaksin is a bit of a Bitcoin bull! In a recent podcast, he alluded to blockchain technology and Bitcoin itself; saying that “It’s still early. Most people haven’t yet understood blockchain. If you are willing to learn, you could be rich.”
Android clipper discovered on Play Store
Clipper malware is desktop and mobile software that replaces cryptocurrency addresses in your clipboard with those of the hacker, thereby leading you to send funds to the wrong address.
