It wouldn’t be too far from the truth to say that the market’s in freefall today. Almost all cryptocurrencies have fallen by 8 to 10 percent, with Bitcoin and Ripple doing well to drop just 6 percent. This might have something to do with today’s headline.
As usual, the projects which have seen greater growth over the last few days have taken the hardest hits — NEO, Monero, Ontology, and Nano to name a few. Tezos is the only top-20 coin in the green today; it’s up by only 2 percent though.

$12.5 million Ethereum stolen from Bancor
