Popular cryptocurrency exchange Binance has launched an Ethereum mining pool, with fees 50% lower than close competitors.
The Ethereum mining pool comes seven months after Binance launched their Bitcoin mining pool, and will begin fee-less until December 12.
The pool distributes both block rewards and transaction fees, in a reward payout method known as full pay-per-share.

Yet another decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol has fallen victim to hackers, as Akropolis lost $2 million today in the stablecoin DAI.
The attacker used a flash-loan from derivatives platform dYdX to fund the “re-entrancy” attack, which mistakenly allowed the hacker to steal DAI in $50,000 tranches.
