👉 NY Supreme Court: Bitfinex investigation can continue
Since earlier this year, the New York Attorney General and iFinex — the parent company of Bitfinex — have been battling it out in court in response to a number of allegations, including that Bitfinex knowingly allowed New York customers to use its services.
After pausing the Attorney General’s investigation just recently, the New York Supreme Court has decided the iFinex investigation can continue, meaning that the company will be required to produce a handful of documents requested by the claimant.
👉 Parking app trive.park will use IOTA Tangle
Trive.park is a German parking application that’s looking to make parking (and driving) easier, with the help of up-and-coming technologies like self-driving and blockchain.
The application will soon begin using IOTA’s Tangle as a platform to carry out a whole host of microtransactions, including for the automatic payment of city parking fees and toll barriers.
