👉 Details Released on China’s Central Bank Digital Currency
A previously unnoticed report from Huatai Securities resurfaced today, outlining key features of China’s central bank digital currency.
The report confirmed that the currency will be completely centralized, under the control of the central bank. Issuance will be made through a selection of commercial banks.
Transactions and transaction information will be encrypted, however the central bank will be able to see all transaction data.
👉 Former JP Morgan Executive Joins Binance as Growth Director
Josh Goodbody, a former JP Morgan Chase executive has been hired by Binance. Goodbody is the new director of European and Latin American growth, to develop institutional business.
He has also previously worked at Huobi, as head of Europe and the Americas.

ACX, a Melbourne-based exchange, has halted user deposits and withdrawals for weeks, blaming an internal auditing process.
The only communication from the exchange has been a notice on their website, which states that their hot and cold wallets were being audited.
