DCEP stands for digital currency electronic payment, and is a project that has been under research for almost six years.

It was announced today that a new data project named “Alvarium” will utilize IOTA’s distributed ledger technology.
The project is being formed under the Linux Foundation, in cooperation with Dell and IOTA. It will focus on building a “data confidence fabric”, to improve the reliability of data collection and usage.
