👉 Total ERC20 Token Market Cap Flips Ethereum
The total market cap of all ERC20 tokens on Ethereum has reached $33B, surpassing the market cap of Ethereum itself, which currently stands at $27B.
The figures were brought to light by Camila Russo of The Defiant, using ERC20 token data found on Etherscan.
These do not include other Ethereum-based token standards such as ERC721, which would add even further to the total value of assets based on the Ethereum network.

Chinese investors are already making large purchases of Filecoin mining hardware and contracts, despite the network not yet having a mainnet, nor finalized economics.
It has been reported that over a dozen companies have begun to sell physical hardware and cloud mining contracts, in deals worth tens of millions of dollars.
The Filecoin testnet was rolled out late last year, with eight out of ten of the top miners on the network being based in China.
