👉 EU Bans All Crypto Payments From Russia
The European Union has taken sanctions against Russia all the way with crypto payments, banning them outright in their eighth sanctions package.
Previously, a cap of up to €10,000 was allowed, however the new rules have erased the limit to ban “all crypto-asset wallets, accounts, or custody services, irrespective of the amount of the wallet.”
The move comes in response to the referenda occurring in the Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine.
👉 Grayscale To Form Investment Arm Focused On BTC Mining
Digital asset manager Grayscale Investments is building an investment arm that will focus on Bitcoin mining and discounted mining infrastructure during the bear market.
The division will be called Grayscale Digital Infrastructure Opportunities (GDIO) and will partner with Foundry, a mining and staking infrastructure company for day-to-day operations. Both companies are subsidiaries of parent company, Digital Currency Group.

NFT marketplace giant OpenSea has enabled bulk listings and purchases on its platform, allowing users to list or buy up to 30 NFTs in a single transaction.
The move will significantly reduce gas fees and manual effort for high-volume users, who previously had to perform each listing or purchase action one at a time.
