👉 FTX CEO Suggests Restarting Exchange, FTT Price Soars

FTT token price has jumped by more than 30% following CEO John Ray III’s suggestion that the platform may be restarted.

Ray, the new CEO of the platform, is overseeing the bankruptcy and restructuring of FTX and associated businesses. He mentioned that he has put together a task force to explore the revival of the exchange, according to an interview with the Wall Street Journal.

👉 Binance Named As A Counterparty In FinCEN Bitzlato Order

Yesterday’s international enforcement action taken by US authorities was revealed to be against Bitzlato, a Russian exchange accused of laundering $700 million.

Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, has been named a counterparty of Bitzlato and is allegedly one of the exchange’s top three receiving counterparties.

Binance says it “is pleased to have provided substantial assistance to law enforcement in partners in support of this investigation.”

👉 National Australia Bank Launches AUD Stablecoin On Ethereum

National Australia Bank (NAB) is launching an Australian dollar-backed stablecoin, AUDN, on the Ethereum network. The stablecoin will be the second of its kind, following in the footsteps of rival Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ).

AUDN will be used to streamline cross-border remittances and carbon credit trading, according to a report from the Australian Financial Review.
