👉 BMW announces VeChain-powered verification
Back in February, BMW announced that they had been contemplating using the VeChain network for a blockchain-based mileage verification tool called VerifyCar. For reference, it’s estimated that one third of all cars in Germany have had their odometers rolled back, falsifying the car’s mileage.
Today, BMW announced they will indeed be using VeChain for VerifyCar. Every interaction with the car will be published on the VeChainThor ledger, allowing users to verify the car’s true history.
