👉 LBRY Faces SEC Lawsuit Over Sale Of Unregistered Securities
Cryptocurrency project LBRY is facing charges brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), who has accused the company of selling unregistered securities.
The lawsuit alleges that the company’s LBRY Credits tokens are securities, and that they were sold in an unregistered offering to investors.
👉 Crypto Fund Inflows Reach Lowest Level Since October
Capital inflows into cryptocurrency investment products and funds have dropped to their lowest levels since October of last year, according to investment firm CoinShares.
According to the data, these inflows dropped to $21 million in just a week, marking a $79 million decrease as of March 26.
Some investment products – primarily those established before 2016 – had even witnessed net outflows of capital.
