👉 MicroStrategy Looks To Build Lightning Network Saas Platform
MicroStrategy is looking to build a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform based on the Lightning Network, according to a job posting.
The job listing is on the search for a Bitcoin Lightning engineer, with details within the listing declaring that the platform will provide enterprises with new solutions for cyber security, as well as creating new ecommerce applications for the Lightning Network.
The Lightning Network is a Layer-2 scaling solution for Bitcoin, enabling users to make faster and cheaper payments.
👉 Uniswap Seeks $100M+ In Funding At $1B Valuation
Decentralized exchange Uniswap is looking to raise between $100 million and $200 million, at a valuation of around $1 billion.
The exchange is engaged in talks with Polychain and a Singapore sovereign fund to raise the money, which Uniswap plans to use to “expand its offerings.”
Uniswap currently accounts for almost two-thirds of all decentralized exchange volumes, according to DeFi Llama, with a token market cap of around $5 billion.
👉 Binance Creates Ethereum PoW Mining Pool
Crypto exchange Binance has created an Ethereum Proof-of-Work mining pool, to make ETHW mining easy for users. The mining pool will not charge any fees until October 29.
ETHW is the forked version of Ethereum that retained the Proof-of-Work mining consensus algorithm rather than moving to Proof-of-Stake via the Merge.
