👉 $150B Morgan Stanley Investment Unit Explores Bitcoin

A unit of investment bank Morgan Stanley is reportedly exploring making a bet on Bitcoin, according to Bloomberg.

The unit, called Counterpoint Global, managed $150 billion in funds and would require approval from Morgan Stanley and regulators to make an investment in the cryptocurrency.

Popular cryptocurrency payments platform BitPay has added support for Apple Pay, which will allow users to make purchases using crypto held in their BitPay wallet.

The announcement also mentioned that the support will be added for Google Pay and Samsung Pay later this quarter.

Decentralized finance (DeFi) platform Alpha Homora has lost $37 million in user funds after an attacker found an exploit in the protocol.
