According to Reuters, the order is likely to be signed tomorrow. It is expected to contain directions for multiple federal agencies in their regulation and policy on the crypto market – more or less in line with those of “US allies”.

The Justice Department will also be looking at whether a new law is required for the creation of new currencies.

The partnership gives Binance’s Bifinity subsidiary rights to appoint multiple new Eqonex executives and board seats, in return for a $36 million convertible loan. The deal essentially gives Binance control of the FCA-registered Eqonex firm.
