The Reserve Bank of Australia has disclosed that it has made practice-runs of a payment system, based on a private Ethereum chain.

The purpose of the trial was to simulate the use of a central bank token, issued to commercial banks to settle inter-bank obligations.

Bitwise and ETF Trends have released a report, which illustrates financial advisers’ attitudes towards cryptocurrencies.

The report found that 9% of advisers allocate a percentage of client funds to crypto, with overall allocation at about 6%.
