👉 Ukraine to Force Disclosure of Crypto Ownership

Ukraine passed a law last month which requires all citizens to report their cryptocurrency holdings, as well as the holdings of family members.

The law will come into force in early 2020, as part of an attempt to crack down on corruption in the country.

👉 Anonymous Fund to Donate $75m to Development of Anonymity

An anonymous organisation, simply named “Unknown Fund”, has pledged to donate $75 million worth of Bitcoin to startups working in the area of anonymity.

The fund is comprised of “ordinary people”, who met on the infamous internet forum, 4chan.

Their preferences for areas to support are cryptocurrency, protection of personal data, and general tools for anonymity.
